Our next working day service promise

• Order by 12pm Monday - Thursday, and as long as it’s in stock in our warehouse for delivery in the UK, we’ll deliver your parcel the very next day.
• Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on a Monday, for delivery Tuesday. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday Monday will be processed on the Tuesday, for delivery Wednesday.
• Your order is free of P&P if over £100 in value or just £7.90 if under £100.

(This excludes the months of August-September)

For unwanted items

If you're not happy with your purchase or have changed your mind, let us know within 48 hours of receiving/collecting your goods and we can issue a refund for the cost of goods, subject to the following conditions:

• The goods are undamaged, in the original packaging, with all trademarks or other labelling intact and fully suitable for re-sale.
• The goods are not personalised in any way (embroidery/print of initials, names or "leavers").

For faulty goods

If your goods are defective simply return the item to us. If we find upon inspection that the goods are deemed defective, we will refund the cost of the goods and delivery.
